Bloo Oooh

I've had ideas for a new character for ages now - an otter guy... and I was doodling him in OC trying to get him to look how I wanted, but I couldn't he was just, argh. So I started doodling something with giant ears... and so happened this guy! I doodled this pic in Photoshop.
It's weird. Everytime I TRY and make a char, they don't work, and the ones that just happen, are always the better ones. o.O

He's kinda weird... gothy, but not. His ears are stitched together. I'm thinking he'd be very moody and antisocial. I have NO idea what kind of animal he is.
